LOGISTICS CENTER
“Warehousing and Logistics” Ltd is a company specializing in the construction of warehouses and logistics areas and is currently focusing on the construction and development of LOGISTIC PARK SOFIA – logistic center at plot XIX-11,for industrial, administrative, storage and commercial activities, in the village of RAVNO POLE, ELIN PELIN municipality, SOFIA region.
The project stretches over an area of 200,000 square meters, with the capacity to build 115,000 sq. m. industrial and warehouse areas. At the first stage of its development – building 1, currently under construction, has 27 000 sq.m. warehouses and industrial halls, another 31 000 sq.m. second stage (second storage section), 31 000 sq.m. third stage (third storage section) and 26 000 sq.m. in the fourth stage (fourth storage section).
PHASE 1
The construction of Building 1 – Southern Building began end of 2018:
